Deal of the Day: Frozen Treat to Benefit Sandy Victims

Stop by Menchie's today from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Menchie's will donate 10 percent of its sales to Hurricane Sandy disaster relief.

If you haven't checked out Menchie's in Winthrop Town Centre, you're missing a treat -- literally.

Today, Nov. 16, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., you not only can enjoy a frozen yogurt but you'll be contributing to the Hurricane Sandy disaster relief effort.

Menchie's franchises around the country are donating 10 percent of their sales Friday to help those affected by the hurricane.

Menchie's is a frozen yogurt shop offering classic and specialty flavors and options, including sugarless, dairy free, low carb and regular varieties. Toppings range from fresh fruits to candy, granola and hot sauces. Customers can create customized treats and blends with Menchie's wide assortment of rotating flavors.

not only am I an employee but i am also a customer and anything that i can do to help the victims of this disaster i will. But I bet the people appreciate this more then words can discribe.

i just love the creamy goodness at this cute little fro-yo shop. any excuse for me to go get myself a treat is a good one, especially if it is helping the hurricane sandy victims. my heart goes out to you all.
