Deal of the Day: Free Yogurt for Voters

This deal is good through Election Day, Nov. 6.

To encourage residents to exercise their right to vote, Bart Guida, owner of You Say When Yogurt Shoppe in Bloomingdale Square, is offering a free 5-ounce yogurt to anyone who presents an "I Voted" sticker between now and Election Day, Nov. 6.

Guida, a Bloomingdale High School graduate, opened his shop at 825 E. Bloomingdale Ave., Branodn, on March 9 and has already developed a faithful fan following.

You Say When Yogurt Shoppe offers more than 10 flavors of yogurt and 40 toppings. Customers create their own yogrut treat and pay by the ounce.

The yogurt is fat-free, and all the fruit toppings are purchased from local suppliers and sliced in the shop, Guida said.

Guida also offers frozen yogurt cups and smoothies.

Stop by Sunday from noon to 9 p.m., Monday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. or after you vote on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
