Business Networking International Announces Upcoming Speakers

The BNI Money Source chapter meets Thursdays at 7:15 a.m at River Hills Country Club.

Business Networking International (BNI) has a local chapter that welcomes entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals to join them weekly on Thursday mornings at 7:15am. 

The Money Source chapter meets at River Hills Country Club for networking and the chance to learn about generating referrals for local businesses.

According to a press release from the chapter, the keynote speaker for June 2 is Arthur DeAngelis, a BNI Fortune Magnet and resource for those who would like to learn more about how BNI can help their business.   

On June 9, the speakers will be Nick Baker, owner of As You Wish Carpet Cleaning of Brandon, and Gabe Panepinto, who offers accounting services in Brandon.

Melissa Canfield takes the floor on June 16 to explain how Hi-Tech Automotive grew successfully as Brandon's “dealership alternative."  She gives much of the credit to her membership in BNI. 

Also on June 16  hear Browning Moving and Storage's Jim Thorpe will offer some ideas on how to save money when it’s time to relocate.

John Clarkson, Riverview Allstate Insurance agency, will give a presentation on June 23 on why now is not the best time to shed life insurance. He will also clarify the issues at stake in the Term life versus Whole life insurance debate. 

Following Clarkson on June 23, Eric Thompson from Serenity Meadows will address the benefits of pre-need funeral planning.  Serenity Meadows is located in Riverview and is the only full-service funeral home, cemetery and crematory all in one in the local area. 

June 30 will feature the Money Source chapter's newest inductees, Lawrence Darby, owner of a residential pool cleaning company,  and Don Golden, of the Golden Law Group in Brandon.

BNI Money Source has passed hundreds of inside and outside referrals so far in 2011, resulting in $1.9 million in closed business, according to the press release.
