On Monday, Feb. 13, Alley Cat Pest Control hosted a Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate its fifth year in business. The theme for the event was "Love Bugs."

The business launched Feb. 7, 2007.

Alley Cat Pest Control is a family-owned and -operated business, run by husband-and-wife team Cliff and Lisa Kennedy. Lisa Kennedy currently serves as the 2012 honorary mayor of Riverview.

The pest control service is committed to providing excellent service to the greater Riverview community. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Alley Cat Pest Control offers both residential and commercial pest control for structural and lawn pests, including termites and rodents, with complimentary evaluations and free estimates.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Alley Cat Pest Control is located 7035 U.S. 301 S., Riverview, in the same office as Bob's Bug Blasters. Alley Cat Pest Control is located between Love Story Florist and Riverview Optical and across the street from Dunkin Donuts.
