2 New Eateries Come to the Shoppes of Osprey FishHawk

The Coffee Shop is open and Scigliano's Market is due to open soon.

FishHawk Ranch residents will have two new places to whet their appetites.

Offering quality coffees, sandwiches, salads and baked goods, the Coffee House is now open at 15282 FishHawk Blvd., Lithia

Owners Tony and Ella Zhukovskiys, residents of River Hills and natives of Russia, opted to keep the menu of the former tenant, DaSilva's Coffee Shop, and hope to build upon the DaSilva's faithful clientele.

The Zhukovskiys have made some changes, however, adding outdoor seating and cozy indoor chairs for relaxing with a cup of coffee.

They also have a coffee club for frequent coffee drinkers. In addition, anyone who "likes" their Facebook page is entitled to a free cup of coffee. The coffee house is hoping to recruit 3,000 Facebook followers within a year.

The coffee house also will extend its hours in September once it adds wine and beer options to its menu. Currently, the store is open Monday through Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Offerings include paninis, wraps, traditional sandwiches, salads, soups, a kid's menu, breakfast wraps and fresh-baked goods.

In addition, the shop features hand-selected artisan-roasted coffees, hand-crafted espresso drinks, iced and hot lattes and iced chai tea.

At the other end of the plaza, the New York-style delicatessen, Scigliano's Market, is due to open soon.

The deli will offer Boar's Head meats by the pound, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes and other hot meals to take home including chicken and eggplant Parmesan.

Owned by Chris Scigliano, the deli also will feature breakfast items plus fresh Italian bread shipped from Brooklyn daily.

"This is going to be the place to get fresh meat, cheese and a great sandwich," said Scigliano.
