Valrico Man Recalls His Stripper Past

With the movie 'Magic Mike' hitting theaters this weekend, a Valrico real estate agent talks to TBO.com about his career as 'Rick Wild,' male stripper.

As the Channing Tatum movie "Magic Mike" hits theaters this weekend, a Valrico real estate agent recently recounted his own past as a male stripper in Florida.

Rick Pitts, 52, went by the name "Rick Wild" for more than two decades as he danced in all-male revues at nightclubs such as Stingers, Club Joy, Whiskey North and Mark Twain, TBO.com reports.

"(Male strippers) were superstars back then," Pitts told TBO. "We had the rock 'n' roll hair, wore T-backs and girls went wild. And it wasn't a bad thing to make the girls scream."
