The Florida Academy of the Performing Arts, housed at Music Showcase, 402 Oakfield Dr., Brandon, will host a television and film workshop Aug. 13-17 from 9 a.m. to noon. The workshop for ages 12 and up will include language used on set, script work, scene study, timing, facing, rhythm, multicamera blocking, continuous memorization skills, sound stage, hitting marks, creating and spatial relationships.
The cost is $125.
