The Florida Academy of the Performing Arts will present a Glee Jr. and Glee summer camp. The intense performance group will combine singing with dance movement. Students will perform material from shows and musicals similar to "Glee," "Hairspray" and "Wicked," along with popular songs by artists past and present, from the stylings of Billy Joel to Bon Jovi and Madonna to Lady Gaga. Studemts will perform a showcase at the end of the summer camp. The camp will be held at Music Showcase on Oakfield Drive in Brandon. Glee Jr., for boys and girls age 7 to 12, will meet Monday through Friday, Aug. 8-12 from 4 to 6 p.m. and Aug. 15-19 from 9 to 11 a.m. Glee for boys and girls 12 and up will meet Aug. 8-12 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Aug. 15-19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $175.
