Introduction To Chalk Pastels at the Riverview Branch Library

Have fun getting messy by blending pastels, while creating a masterpiece on black paper in this 90-minute program. Adults of all skill levels are welcome. Participants must register in advance at the Reference Desk. Limit of 20 participants. Funded by the Friends of the Riverview Branch Library.
