Dream Builders and Associates USA, in conjunction with the High Rollers Car Club, will host its first Classic Car and Truck Show and Festival Jan. 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Winthrop Pole Barn, 11349 Bloomingdale Ave., Riverview. The show will feature 100 classic cars and trucks. Opening ceremonies will be provided by the Riverview High School chorus and ROTC Honor Guard. There will be a kids' corner with bouncy toys, an art poster contest, face painting and petting zoo. There also will be food vendors, raffles and 50-50 drawings.
Those interested in participating in the car show can preregister for $15 by calling Ed Cullins at (813) 294-7803. The day of the show, registration for car owners will be $20 and will begin at 9 a.m. Spectators will be admitted free of charge.
Proceeds will benefit local nonprofits including FOCUS (Friends of Children Utilizing Skills.)
