Viewfinder: DogFest 2011

Dog lovers came together to raise funds for a good cause.

Dogs of all shapes and sizes mingled peacefully as their owners socialized and perused the vendor booths at the annual DogFest held Sunday, Oct. 16, at the future site of the Starling Clubhouse in FishHawk Ranch.

Some, like Kaylie, the Yorkshire terrier, were transported in doggie strollers while leashed dogs eagerly sought out the vendor booths with free dog treats.

The more complacent pooches sported Halloween costumes. Gibson the beagle was dressed as a hotdog for the occasion while Teddy the whippet wore a princess costume.
