Viewfinder: Celebrating Anne Nymark
Patch was invited to the celebration of seven-plus years of dedicated service to the Greater Brandon Community Foundation.
In a celebration of friendship, colleagues and business associates joined together to honor Anne Nymark, founder and president of the Greater Brandon Community Foundation for the past seven years, Saturday evening at the Winthrop Barn Theatre. The foundation supports 53 charities in Brandon, raising funds through its annual Charity Golf Classic and other events. In the past seven years, the foundation has distributed more than $950,000 to local charities in the Greater Brandon community. In addition to providing grants to local charities, the foundation hosts an Angel Program in which it works with businesses and residents in the community to provide needed resources to residents facing emergencies.
