The Pumpkins Are Coming to St. Andrew's UMC

The church will host its annual pumpkin patch starting Sunday, Oct. 9.

The annual pumpkin patch at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 3315 Bryan Rd., Brandon, will open on Sunday, Oct. 9, and run through Sunday, Oct. 30.

The pumpkin patch is a fundraiser for student ministries activities, missions and other events.

On Oct. 15, St. Andrew's will host its free Pumpkin Patch Family Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be clowns, face painting, bounce houses and refreshments. In addition, a photographer will be there to take photos of families on the haystack.

In addition to the pumpkin patch's regular hours of operation, it hosts daily preschool visits for story time and pumpkin time. To schedule a storytime, email youth@saumc.net.

Also mark your calendars for Oct. 29 when the United Methodist Women host their annual craft fair at the church. There will be a variety of crafts available including fall and Christmas items.
