Snowflake Wants a Home in Time for Christmas

This beautiful German shepherd mix was scheduled to be euthanized.

Snowflake was just days away from being euthanized at a kill shelter when a rescue group stepped in and saved her.

She's a healthy year-old German shepherd mix, on the small side, weighing just 45 pounds.

She's very playful and loves kids, especially when they throw the ball with her. She is good with other dogs, shares her toys nicely, has no food aggression and is just plain curious about cats.

She will need obedience training and a family with the patience to work with a dog that needs a lot of mental and physical stimulation. She is a very sweet, affectionate dog who will make some family an ideal pet.

Snowflake is house and crate trained, loves to lay on her doggy bed and enjoys going for walks. She is a bundle of energy and would make a great running/walking companion.

Snowflake is spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped and up to date on all of her shots.

I am desperately searching for a chocolate Lab puppy or any Chocolate Lab that is good with children. Email Addy is Klirjmk59@aol.com. We are an older couple with grandchildren.
