Public Comment Sought on FishHawk Sports Complex Expansion

Residents are invited to a Dec. 14 public meeting on expansion plans for the and a discussion of Fishhawk Community Park funds.

The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at , 16510 Fishhawk Blvd., in Lithia.

The estimated $2.8 million expansion would add up to five additional fields for soccer and football. It would also support infrastructure such as utilities, parking, storm water retention, and ancillary buildings. 

Public comment will also be sought on the possibility of reallocating funds budgeted for the Fishhawk Community Park.
