Park Square Cellar is celebrating Sushi Monday all day today with specials on sushi. Chef Jeff Ricca creates assorted rolls, sashimi and nigiri delights. The regular bistro menu also is available. Stop by Park Square Cellar at 16132 Churchview Drive, Lithia, until 10 p.m. tonight. While there, sample some of the dessert items such as the Tri Chocolate and Noisette Parfait with white, milk and dark chocolate mousse with candied hazelnuts. Reservations are reommended.
