Eat at Ruby Tuesday at 10509 Gibsonton Dr., Riverview today and Ruby Tuesday will donate a 20 percent of your total check to the ASPCA's Feast for Felines program. You must present the attached flier to your serve for the donation to apply.

Local musical Robby Stewart will present an acoustic guitar show Friday, May 24 from 8 to 11 p.m. at The Talking Pint, 13428 Boyette Rd., Riverview.

'Brighton Beach Memoirs' on Stage

The Valrico Village Players will present Neil Simon's comedy, "Brighton Beach Memoirs," Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 26 at 3 p.m. at the James McCabe Theater, 506 5th St., Valrico. Tickets are $14 and $12.

Memorial Day Ceremony

The Veterans Council of Hillsborough County Inc. will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Park and Rear Admiral LeRoy Collins Jr. Museum, 3602 U.S. 301, Tampa, Sunday, May 26 at 11 a.m. Immediately after the ceremony, there will be a brief groundbreaking at the base of the Battle Cross of the Iraqi Freedom War Memorial. 

Car Show

Tampa Wax Slingers of Riverview hosts the Rise and Grind! car show the last Saturday of every month from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Copper Bell Cafe, 11228, Riverview. Residents are invited to bring their classic, antique and muscle cars and enjoy a breakfast buffet for $8.99 while socializing with fellow car lovers.

Color Me Rad 5K

The Color Me Rad 5K Tampa will take place Saturday, May 25 at the Florida State Fairgrounds to benefit the Special Olympics of Florida. What is Color Me Rad? Effectively it's a race filled with color bombs that will cover you from head to toe. Racers start off with a white shirt that turns colors as they run. For information, click here.
