The Brandon Christian Women's Connection will host a holiday luncheon with skits, music and an inspirational message Thursday, Dec. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Special Events Center at Bell Shoals Baptist Church, 2102 Bell Shoals Road, Brandon. Highlights will include a Christmas sing-along with Bell Shoals music and worship pastor, Doug Crawley. In addition, Maria Goodspell of Stonecroft Ministries will share the story of how she found God's love after surviving a concentration camp. Those attending are asked to bring an unwrapped gift for a child to be donated to the Mary and Martha House in Ruskin, a shelter for abused and homeless women and children.
