The scholarship was created in 1996 in memory of Reynolds Bryan, husband of Claire Bryan, a past president of the Brandon Service League, for the many years he dedicated to the success of the BSL Country Jamboree.

Lindsay Cohn was presented with the scholarship at a recent Service League meeting. Lindsay and her mother also enjoyed a fun-filled evening that included a recycled gift exchange sponsored by the league's conservation committee.
