Animal Services to Host Pet Adopt-A-Thon, Egg Hunt

The event is scheduled Saturday, April 23

What do local vendors, animal rescue groups and the Easter Bunny all have in common?

They all have an invitation to join the party. It's The  HOP Adopt-a-Thon and Egg Hunt at Hillsborough County Animal Services, scheduled April 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 440 N. Falkenburg Road, Tampa.

"HOP," an acronym for  Help Our Pets, will feature more than 30 of the county's adoption partners joining Animal Services for a day of games, prizes, humane education and volunteer/foster opportunities.
