5 Things to Know Today, Sept. 18
Here's some things you might want to know as you go about your day.
1. St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 3315 Bryan Road, will host a free pancake breakfast today, Sept. 18, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. for National Back-to-Church Sunday.
2. The Brandon Area Pokemon League meets the first and third Sunday of the month from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico.
3. Head on over the the VFW 8108 Post, 7504 Riverview Dr., Riverview, for a hearty, all-you-can-eat breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon. This event occurs every Sunday.

4. A special-needs Sunday school for kids and teens is held each Sunday from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Brandon, 216 N. Parsons Ave., Brandon.
