Here's a few things you might want to know as you go about your day.

1. Temperatures will continue to be pleasant today with low humidity and a high of 81 degrees. So eat your lunch outside today and enjoy the weather.

2. There will be a book to film discussion on "A Land Remembered" by Patrick D. Smith May 18 at 7 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico. Residents will screen the documentary film, "Patrick Smith's Florida: A Sense of Place," as he takes viewers on a nostalgic journey through Florida. Call 813-273-3652.

3. Teen Game Zone is held Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico.

4. The Compounding Shop, 13224 Boyette Road, Riverview, will host hormone replacement seminars Thursday, May 18 and June 2, Wednesday, May 25 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The seminars are designed to educate women who are perimenopausal, menopausal or experience PMS on the benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
