2. A class on Nutrition for Cancer Prevention and Treatment will take place Wednesday, May 11 at 2:30 p.m. at the Oakfield Medical Plaza, Suite 260, Classroom B.

3. Beef O' Brady's on Bell Shoals Road will host a spirit night to raise funds for the Florida Orchestra Wednesday, May 11. Beefs will donate 10 percent of the proceeds to the Florida Orchestra.

4. The Brandon Business Club meets every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. at Top's China Buffet, 1528 E. Brandon Blvd., Brandon. The club has been in Brandon for more than 16 years promoting small businesses.

5. Baby Time takes place Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico. Babies and their caregivers enjoy stories and finger plays.
