5 Things to Know Today, March 27

Here's some things you might want to know as you go about your day.

1. The fourth annual Feed the Bay will take place today at churches throughout the Bloomingdale Patch area. During the day, residents shop for groceries to be donated to food banks for needy families. For a list of participating churches, visit www.feedthebay.org/.

2. The Florida International Reptile Show continues today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Florida State Fairgrounds, U.S. 301 N., Tampa. There will be live animal shows, demonstrations, a venomous reptile display, children's activities and thousands of reptiles, amphibians and exotic animals from around the world. Pets and pet products will be on sale for wholesale prices. Adult admission is $8. Admission is $5 for children 5 to 15 and 4 and younger are admitted free. Visit www.repticon.com.

3. It's a great day to visit the zoo. Lowry Park Zoo, 1101 W. Sligh Ave., Tampa, has a Dino Quest display you can explore. This fun prehistoric reptile display features larger-than-life dinosaurs. Watch as they move, hiss and growl while you learn facts about these creatures that once roamed the Earth. The cost is regular  admission plus $4 during zoo hours. $9.95 after hours, Children under 2 get in free.

4.  This weekend at the Renaissance Festival at the Museum of Science & Industry, 11315 46th St. N., off Fowler Avenue, will feature Highland games, beer tasting, a kilt competition, Scottish village, pipe and drum band.

5. Prepare for a great week ahead with some relaxing, invigorating exercise. Yoga classes are held Sundays from 4 to 6 p.m. at Asana Yoga, 1252 Kingsway Road, Brandon.
