5 Things to Know Today, July 16

Here's some things you might want to know as you go about your day.

1. Repticon Tampa (The Florida International Reptile Show) at the Florida State Fairgrounds is a reptile event featuring vendors offering reptile pets, supplies, feeders, cages and merchandise.Participate in free raffles, animal seminars and kids' activities. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for ages 5 to 12 and children 4 and under are admitted free.

2. The Wrenchers will perform at Park Square Cellar, 16132 Churchview Drive, Lithia, Saturday, July 16 from 8 p.m. to midnight. Enjoy an Orange Blossom Pilsner or a glass of Capasaldo Pinot Grigio while listening to live music from the '50s and '60s.

3. Gringo will perform at Raccoon's Bar and Grill, 3240 Lithia-Pinecrest Road, Valrico, Saturday at 9 p.m. Get there early and enjoy 2-for-1 draft mugs and well drinks.

4. Upstairs, 16144 Churchview Drive, Lithia, will feature live music from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

5. Dancin' Motion School of the Arts in Bloomingdale Commons at 127 W. Bloomingdale Ave., Brandon, will host Latin Lyrical Dance with Diana Ayra Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $40 per month and the class is open to age 8 through adults. Register online at www.dancinmotionsa.com.
