Audition to be a part of the magic of Brandon Ballet's The Nutcracker, a classical Holiday tradition, under the Artistic Direction of renowned Cuban dancer and choreographer, Octavio Martin. Dancers ages 7 and older are invited to audition for the parts of party boys, little and big rats, polichinelles, angels and party adults. There will be 4 performances, tentatively scheduled for December 8th and 9th.
Date/Time: Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 9:30am-12:30pm. Please arrive early to register.

Attire: Females please wear black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and hair neatly in a bun. Males wear white T-shirt, black tights, white socks and black ballet shoes, hair neatly off face.

Brandon Ballet is a non-profit regional ballet company, based on East Bloomingdale Avenue. The company offers opportunities for aspiring dancers to learn, develop and refine their dancing skills in a wide range of areas. The company offers a training program as well as holds annual performances and events during the year.
The company includes 32 dancers of various skill levels, and range from ages nine to 17. Numerous professional dancers also work with the company.
