Tanager Wins FishHawk Softball 2012 Spring Championship
A great weekend of softball at Hawk Park in FishHawk last weekend. Eight teams made the playoffs and played on Saturday. Advancing to Sunday's semi-finals were TernWood vs Tanager and Garden District vs Shearwater. On a hot Sunday afternoon, both Tanager and Shearwater prevailed and played in the Finals. In a game that went back and forth, Tanager hung on to beat the previously undefeated Shearwater and win the championship by a score of 13-12.
