SOME PEOPLE KNOW WHAT WE DO. 1000 DOOR KNOCKS BLOOMINGDALE/BRANDON TO FIND TO TWO HAPPY OWNERS FOR TWO REALLY NICE BUILDINGS

 

Some people know what we do. We apply a simple system that delivers pretty good results.

You may see me visiting local businesses in the Bloomingdale/Brandon Market handing out flyers for two really nice buildings during the month of May. Our goal is to find two happy owners for two quality buildings by visit 1000 businesses door to door in this market.

I had a good first day visiting businesses with my friend Tom the IT guy in this area.
My Highlights for Day 1:
1. We met both the father and son of the largest office landlords in Brandon.
2. Revisited with the managers of Tire Plus and Duncan Donuts.
3. Met an owner looking for a building and had a great BLT for lunch.
4. We put out 27 flyers for both building…
I love old school sales activities. They make you real. They help you connect with the community and sometimes produce really good results

Tom the Tech Oracles I.T. guy and I made progress today. We completed our 130th cold call on behalf of our buildings for sale listing assignment.

We uncovered some more opportunity. We shared our flyers and met a land buyer, building buyer who remember my previous visits and wants me to find them a building. We also met a sandwich shop manager who knows Real Estate Investors with possible interest in our 316 Bloomingdale Ave building. Tom met a store owner that was in need of a computer guy. All in all we had a pretty good day prospecting together.
