Arm or wrist troubles (Tennis)

Try reduced string tension for depth and power in your shots without swinging hard.  A larger grip that you can comfortably hold may also help.  Try switching to a more elastic string or a string with a thinner gauge.  If the budget allows, you can't beat natural gut...it offers comfort and power.  Happy hitting!

Great tips. As someone who works with many athletes I would also suggest a proper warm up/stretching routine. Additionally, using ice after activity can help reduce inflammation.
