What Would You Improve in Bloomingdale-Riverview in 2013?

If you could make a New Year's resolution for your community, what would it be?

More than 45 percent of Americans make a resolution every year, according to statisticbrain.com. Some people vow to live a healthier lifestyle, others promise to spend more time with family, and many say they will try to save money.

As millions of Americans make resolutions to improve their lives, what could we do right here in your community to make it an even better place to live?

Maybe you'd like to see better traffic control in the area? Perhaps it's time for more parks and playgrounds?

What is on your wish list? What is one thing you would improve in 2013?

Tell us in the comment section below or blog about why you love living here!

I would have loved to see a park where they are now putting the Gornto Lake extension. I think a park near the mall would have been a great idea. Dad takes the kids to the park while mom goes shopping. LOL

My resolution for the area is to start work again on changing the current County Ordinance that disallows pet chickens on residential property. Backyard Chickens are great and beneficial pets! Power to the Poultry!

I would like to see more community involvement events, like get-togethers and more things to do in the area.
