Sun City Center Man Busted for Child Pornography
John Charles Wingo is charged with 100 counts of possessing child pornography.
A 64-year-old Sun City Center man is facing 100 counts of possessing child pornography.
John Charles Wingo, 64, of 101 Cambridge Trail #1196, Sun City Center, is charged with possessing computer files depicting children ages 1 to 13 years old engaged in sexual activities.
On Dec. 7 at 3 p.m., Hillsborough County detectives with the Internet
Predator Unit executed a court-authorized search warrant at Wingo's home following a two-month investigation.
Detectives seized one computer, several CD/DVDs, mini video cassettes, SanDisks and thumb drives.
Additional charges are pending a complete forensic review of the
computer and computer equipment.
