Eckerd College in St. Petersburg has announced the graduation of Rebeca Franca of Lithia. One of 540 Eckerd college graduates, Franca received a bachelor of arts degree in human development during commencement ceremonies in St. Petersburg Sunday, May 20. Dr. Sylvia Earle, National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence, oceanographer and author, was the keynote speaker.
